About the Show:
The series follows the groups of ordinary Australians who want to take detractor job of travel. they experienced the same week-long international & domestic holidays, and the same review local sights & accommodation, cuisine. This series (The Travel Guides) is based on a like programme of the same as UK production company Studio Lambert in 2015.
The Travel Guides Series May 2017 was renewed for a second season. The series second season was confirmed at Nine’s upfronts with 3 travel guide groups from the 1st season set to return.
The 2nd season presented on January 29 2018. In the March of 2018 a casting call went out for new groups to become part of the 3rd season for 2019. The 3rd season presented on the 5 February 2019.
In the 2019 October the series was officially renewed for a season four at Nine’s upfronts. The fourth season was set to presented in early 2020, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic the season was delayed and presents in 26 January 2021.
In 2021 September the series was officially come back to for a 5th season at Nine’s in advance. The fifth season beginning on 30 March 2022. The Logie Award for the Popular Lifestyle Programme went to Travel Guides in 2022. The sixth season begin on April 19, 2023.

Participants must be follow below given eligibility criteria:
- Participants must be a group of 2 to 4 adults who are at least 18 years old.
- Participants must have a current, valid passport and be able to travel between July and December.
- Participants must be Australian citizens or have been permanent residents for at least two years.
- Participants cannot be working for Nine or any of its affiliates right now or within the last two years.
- Participants are required to provide a video with their entry. Each member of your squad must appear in the movie, and both individual and team shots are required.
